The comments facility on this blog provides for limited stylistic markup using BBCode style tags. The options available to you are:

All the identifying fields of the comment form are optional though you must submit some content in the body of the comment for it to be accepted!
There is also a "Coventry" feature - when your post is submitted it is visible only to the IP address from which you posted it. The site author can then release posts to general visibility at his discretion, but there will be some delay in this process.
These features are intended to allow reasonably sophisticated formatting of user messages while discouraging link spam.
Note: If the comment form appears strangely formatted this is probably because you have a cached copy of the old stylesheet for this site - clear your caches to rectify the problem.
